‘Kubbordai’ music video gets 7 mn views in two weeks
The music video for Youd Salavan’s new track “Kubbordai” has had more than seven million views on YouTube since it was released two weeks ago.
The music video, which also features STS 73, has gone viral on social media platforms. Lao and foreign fans of the singer have shared clips of the song to other applications and platforms.
The music video tells the story of a man who is extremely hurt after his girlfriend leaves him for another man. The man suffers after giving his heart to his former girlfriend, who suddenly returns one day and wants to resume their relationship. However, the man finds it difficult to do this.
The melody of the song, its context, the story in the music video about the failed love of the man and the acting of the performers in the video attracted numerous viewers who fell in love with the track, making it a huge hit within a short span of time.
The music video has touched the hearts of young Lao fans of Mr Youd and people of different ages.
The music video has also become popular in Thailand, where fans of the singer have shared it on various YouTube channels. This has helped to promote Lao music in Thailand and other countries.
